First I tried the acne series cuz duh, my skin is oily & acne-prone, and it contains salicylic acid & centella asiatica, the usual go-to ingredients whenever I look for skincare products. The tea tree water's a plus though, it's also good for the skin. Right off the bat the smell is soothing. Now y'all know Scarlett body lotions are known for their powerful smells but their skincare series smell really mild, just like it should.

After a few weeks of using this my skin got visibly clearer (not my own observation. My friend's friend mentioned it) and my breakouts got even less and less. Tbh i started having less breakouts after using NaturaWorld's beauty spray & aloe vera gel, and Somebymi's AHA-BHA-PHA series, and since Scarlett's acne series also has tea tree & BHA as well it kinda picked up from where I left off with Somebymi & ran along smoothly.

Later on my friend bought the brightening series (the one my sister also uses) but turns out they werent quite right for her sensitive skin & i bought them off of her secondhand. Though they have different ingredients the facial creams somehow smell similar to the acne series' facial creams(?).

The difference between the two serums is the acne serum has BHA (salicylic acid) & tea tree, the essentials for acne-prone skin, while the brightening one has gluthatione & phyto whitening, and it smells milder than the acne serum. And according to Ririe Prams over here, while the acne serum is usually used at night, the brightening serum can be used both in the day & at night, and it can also be used to brighten your armpits.
